Glendover Park Board Members

The Glendover Park HOA is made up of five board members.

Greg Parks - President

Board Liaison for Communications Committee

The President calls and presides over all meetings of the general membership and represents the association in its relations with other persons and organizations. The President is a member ex officio of all permanent committees. The president is a direct member of the Architectural Modifications Committee.

Board Liaison for Architectural Modifications Committee (AMC)

The Executive Vice-President serves the duties of the President if the President is absent or unable to perform the duties of the office. The VP currently oversees the Beautification and Pool committees.

Michael Wooton - Treasurer

Board Liaison for Pool Committee

The Treasurer reviews the financial reports for the association and coordinates a yearly audit of the management company. The Treasurer is the final approval of any check requests for funds from committees. The treasurer is a member of the Safety Watch Committee.

Safety Watch

The Secretary documents the minutes of all board and general meetings and is a member of the Communications Committee. The Secretary maintains the records of the association membership and publishes a neighborhood directory annually.
