GPHOA Referral Form

As members of the Glendover Park Homeowners' Association, it is our responsibility to ensure dues are received both January 1^st and July ^1st of each year. Thankfully there payments can be made through the mail or online.

Information Required for Both Payment Options

Approximately one month before membership dues date due Neighborhood Management, Inc. sends the assessment to each homeowner. This invoice of payment due provides important information for making payment.   1. Detach coupon from the assessment sent by Neighborhood Management

  2. Complete the check for payment:

  3. Mail coupon and check early enough to allow time for the payment to arrive at the in Phoenix, AZ on or before the due date.

On Line Options

Payment may also be made via Community Association Banc, a division of First National Bank of Arizona.. There are two options: e-Check or Credit Card. Paying via Credit Card incurs a convenience fee of 8.0% for the transaction.

  1. Access the on line payment form:
     Pay Your Assessment By e-Check or Pay Your Assessment By Credit Card available at www.cabanc.com website in the lower left corner.

  2. Complete the form
     Toward the bottom of the form below the sample coupon, use this information. The numbers correspond to the numbers on the form.

     4. Management Company: Neighborhood Management

     5. Account Account #:[your account number]

  3. Note the charge going to the account.

  4. Submit the form.

  5. Print a copy of the submission form for your record.

• Completion
  Monitor the email account used with the online payment for verification of payment. This should arrive within two business days.
  If there are any problems with the payment, the online form must be completed again.

  The most common problems experienced surround the information required at the bottom of the forms. Carefully double check this information before submitting the form.

Payment collected will be deposited to the checking account of your ASSOCIATION, maintained with the BANK, and will be reported to the ASSOCIATION, its managing agent or designated representative in a timely manner.

On Line Credit Card Payment

Remember this payment option incurs an 8.0% transaction fee. For the standard association dues payment of $150.00, this results in a $12.00 charge to your credit card.
